Tamar Turjeman-Kedem

Mrs. Turjeman-Kedem is a partner in FBC’s Litigation and Competition & Antitrust practices, leading complex and varied commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining FBC in 2000, Mrs. Turjeman-Kedem served for five years as a team leader in the legal department of the Israeli Antitrust Authority where she played an active role in civil and criminal proceedings and was responsible for the IAA’s activities in different sectors, including media, banking and insurance.

Adv. Turjeman-Kedem is a frequent lecturer in courses on tender law provided to members of tender committees in government ministries by the Auditor General's Office in the Ministry of Finance.

Adv. Turjeman-Kedem worked with Professors Haitovsky and Beinstock of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem as an economist for a prominent economic consultation company.

Adv. Turjeman-Kedem was a teaching assistant on corporate law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

• Representation of international companies in petitions in connection with Israel Railways tenders and NTA light rail tenders


• Representation of international companies in petitions in connection with tenders of government ministries, government companies' tenders and local authorities


• Representation of photovoltaic electricity generating companies in various administrative proceedings opposite the Israel Electric Corporation


• Representation of Berman Bakery company and its officers in the "bakeries’ cartel" matter opposite the Israel Antitrust Authority and in a related class action


• Representation of Amisragas and its officers in the “gas companies’ cartel” matter opposite the Israel Antitrust Authority and a related litigation


• Representation of the H.G.I. Group and its officers in the "pipe fittings cartel" matter opposite the Israel Antitrust Authority


• Representation of news media company, Channel 10, in defamation suits and publication ban suits


• Representation of Hot Telecommunication Systems Ltd. in various proceedings regarding royalty payments


• Representation of Amot Investments Company in a monetary claim for alleged contract breaches
