Ms. Gofshtein Komissarov represents both domestic and international corporations in high-stakes litigation, including class actions, commercial disputes, and cases involving potentially restrictive trade practices, as well as merger and acquisition transactions, regulatory matters, and proceedings with the Israeli Competition Authority.

During her legal studies, Ms. Gofshtein Komissarov served as a member of the editorial board of Theoretical Inquiries in Law (TIL).
