Ms. Shlomit Hess is a M&A partner in the firm’s Hi-Tech, Technology and Venture Capital practice.

Ms. Hess has diverse corporate practices, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Hess has extensive experience in representing public and private corporations, financial institutions and funds, in a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing and joint ventures.

In addition, Ms. Hess provides tech clients, at all stages of their lifecycle, with ongoing legal counseling on commercial and strategic transactions and other day-to-day business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hess served in several legal roles, including as VP & General Counsel for global, publicly traded companies and as partner in leading law firms.

Ms. Hess also clerked for the Israeli Supreme Court. During her academic studies, she was a member of the editorial staff of Bar Ilan University’s Law Review and graduated 2nd in a class of 214 students.
