Mr. Oren Matov is an associate in our firm’s Capital Markets practice. Mr. Matov specializes in a variety of issues in corporate and securities law.

Mr. Matov provides comprehensive legal consultation to the firm’s clients, across both public and private sectors in all aspects related to corporate and securities law; including regulation and corporate governance; representation before the various authorities and regulatory bodies; consultation and support for companies on initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary offerings, as well as capital and debt raising procedures, from the initial stages to their registration for trading, including, drafting commercial agreements, purchase agreements, and more.
