Mr. Shimshon Shapira is an associate in FISCHER’s Capital Markets practice.

Mr. Shapira specializes in a broad range of commercial law matters, focusing on capital markets, investment funds, and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

He provides comprehensive legal consultation to the firm’s clients, including both public and private companies, regarding public and private offerings, public debts and equity financing, as well as ongoing issues related to securities and corporate law.

During his studies, Mr. Shapiro was a member of the editorial board of the Bar-Ilan University Law studies Journal.
