Mr. Yair Shnieder is FISCHER’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Shnieder’s responsibilities encompass all internal financial and economic aspects of the firm. This includes managing the Finance Department, overseeing budget and cash flow management, salary considerations, ensuring a profitable and high-performing office environment and more. As CFO, Mr. Shnieder manages the firm's financial planning on an ongoing basis, including internal budgeting; handles financial agreements with suppliers and service providers; oversees accounting matters; advises on employee compensation, taxation and more.
Before joining FISCHER, between the years 2015-2022, Mr. Shnieder served as the Chief Controller of a large public international logistics and shipping company, where he managed the company's accounting and bookkeeping department.
In addition, he also worked in the Audit Division of the international accounting firm Deloitte, where he specialized for two years and conducted audits for several public companies, some of the most esteemed corporations in the Israeli market.
