Mr. Yotam Weiss is a senior associate in the environmental practice of our firm, possessing extensive experience in the field of Environmental Law, providing legal advice on a broad range of environmental issues, to both Israeli and international clients.

Mr. Weiss’s areas of expertise include various environmental matters related to air quality, waste management, hazardous materials handling and disposal practices, wastewater, groundwater and soil contamination, noise and odor nuisance, radiation, natural sources, sustainability, energy, and more.

In his practice, Mr. Weiss regularly provides legal advice concerning regulatory compliance, permitting and approvals, release investigation and remediation oversight, incident closure, liability and risk management, impact assessments, compliance plans, transactions and audits, including assistance and consultation with regards to environmental legal proceedings, prosecutions, class actions and hearings before civil, administrative and criminal tribunals and courts.
