Ms. Ron is a partner in FISCHER's Capital Markets practice, with a diverse practice encompassing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including securities law and corporate finance.

Within this framework, Ms. Ron provides legal advice and assistance to companies in their ongoing business activities at all stages, is engaged in the preparation and submission of prospectuses, reports and requests to the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, along with additional procedures and work with said and other regulators, and is experienced in the negotiation and drafting of various commercial agreements and legal assistance in merger and acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Ron was a partner at Dr. Zeev Holender, Law Firm, in the framework of which she established and managed for 12 years, a branch of the firm in The Netherlands, which assisted clients with the business activities of their Dutch and other foreign companies. During the 12 years Ms. Ron worked in The Netherlands, she accompanied and advised both public and private companies, traded in the Israeli and in other stock exchanges, including many of such companies’ subsidiaries, in their ongoing business activities, was involved in cross-border transactions, participated in numerous physical meetings all over Europe (board meetings, negotiation meetings, etc.)  and assisted with various legal, tax and other issues in various jurisdictions.
