Mrs. Maayan Ainvoner is a senior associate in our firm. Mrs. Ainvoner specializes in a variety of areas of commercial law, including accompanying legal matters in connection with corporate law, ongoing commercial legal support, establishment of corporations in Israel and abroad, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, supply and distribution arrangements, private capital and contract negotiations.

Mrs. Ainvoner provides ongoing legal advice and assistance to companies and investors in the commercial and corporate aspects of their activities as well as representation in their investment transactions, financing, mergers and acquisitions and provides legal assistance for ongoing business activities at all stages.

In addition, Mrs. Ainvoner accompanies high-net-worth clients, individuals and family offices in investment transactions in Israel and abroad in a variety of investment models, including private equity funds, investment transactions in income-producing real estate, investments in debt-backed bond series and more.

Additionally, Mrs. Ainvoner accompanies and advises in the field of intergenerational transfer of capital and family businesses, including drafting family agreements, regulations for family-owned companies, and drafting complex wills - all with a broad view of the business and/or preservation of family capital and emphasis on business and family needs.
