Ms. Efrati is a senior associate in the commercial practice of our firm.

Ms. Efrati specializes in various aspects of commercial law. Within this framework, she advises clients in complex financing transactions, including large scale syndication transactions, and has extensive expertise in the areas of finance and institutional, banking and non-banking regulatory matters.

Ms. Efrati provides clients of the practice with ongoing legal advice and counseling, including commercial entities and financial institutions, banking corporations, funds and insurance companies- among the largest in the Israeli market, providing insurance policies to home buyers and collateral to third parties.

In addition, Ms. Efrati has experience in representing both borrowers and lenders in connection with project development financing, purchase transactions, real estate transactions and in particular, representation on urban renewal projects.
